Aura Group Collaborates with Great Place to Work for Two Articles

Aura recently collaborated with Great Place to Work to publish two articles promoting different aspects of the company.

The first article published focused on how companies can best support and engage part-time employees. At Aura, we have a wide range of opportunities for part time positions in various roles (e.g. Swim Teachers, Lifeguards, Fitness Instructors, Receptionists, Cleaners, Duty Managers), giving the organisation the opportunity to hire from a diverse group of skilled applicants. Supporting our employees, including part time employees, through learning and development programs and engagement and reward initiatives is key to the success of our business.

Some of Our Team at the Great Place to Work Awards Earlier this Year Where we Were Named Ireland’s 11th Best Large Workplace.

Our second article with Great Place to Work looked at how Aura has built a people-centric culture throughout the company. It discusses how we keep our employees engaged by honouring our core values, as well as making staff aware of our benefits and the opportunities we provide to learn and develop during their time with us. Another aspect that our employees engage with is our recognition of their achievements throughout the year. Overall, the article goes in depth on how our company continues to motivate our employees and keep them engaged.

Aura Holohan Group is delighted to be recognised as a great place to work as we strive to provide all our employees with a healthy and rewarding environment across Aura Leisure, DKIT Sport, and Anytime Fitness. We look forward to future work with Great Place to Work as we continue our mission to create a Healthier Happier Ireland.
