Your Fitness Centre in Dundalk

Our leisure centre in Dundalk offers a wide range of facilities and services and caters for the whole family. Our gym offers fitness classes for all levels with qualified personal trainers, while our 25m swimming pool offers a great choice of swimming lessons for adults, kids and toddlers, as well as open swim and other kids’ activities. We also run aqua aerobics classes (water aerobics) and you can relax in our sauna and steam room. Check out our timetables to see what’s on.
