Part Time Swim Teacher/Lifeguard at AURA Trim

We are looking for an Amazing Swim Teacher/Lifeguard on a Part Time basis to join our team at Aura Trim.

We need a Swim Teacher/Lifeguard to maintain safety of our members in the pool and to help them achieve a life-changing and life-saving skill.

Your mission:

  • Teach people of all abilities and ages to swim
  • Give valuable feedback to learners to help them develop their skills
  • Keep our customers safe in the pool at all times
  • Act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of customers in the event of an emergency
  • Inspire people with your passion for swimming
  • Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment for people
  • Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
  • Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Level II Swim Teacher qualifications required
  • R.L.S.S. Pool Lifeguard or I.W.S. Pool Lifeguard qualification
  • A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
  • A passion for teaching people how to swim
  • Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher
  • Previous experience working as a Lifeguard is desirable
  • Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work
