Full Time HR Manager at AURA Dublin Support Office

This exciting opportunity is a fixed-term position for 6 months with the potential for a longer-term/permanent contract after this time. The role is based in our Support Office in Ranelagh, Dublin but for now Working from Home as per Government Guidelines.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the Human Resource function across the Group, working with the management team to support business goals and provide expertise and guidance to Operations/Club Managers. You will report directly to the Executive Chairman.

You will have daily interaction with line managers from all aspects of the business, and you will be first-line support on all HR Matters for our Operations/Club Managers. You will be supported by a HR Administrator who will report directly to you.

General Duties:

  • Full ownership of the HR Function
  • Work and support the multi-site senior management team on all HR Matters
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR Policies and Procedures as necessary
  • Provide day- to- day HR guidance and support to managers on all HR processes, policies and initiatives.
  • Be the first point of contact in all Employee Relations matters, and ensure a consistent approach in addressing all ER matters throughout the company
  • Keep up to date on all employment law developments and update the HR Team as necessary
  • Oversee and improve the Aspire Programme (our award-winning Talent Development Programme)
  • Manage our e-learning platform – Learn Upon – and drive progress in relation to same
  • Develop HR Induction Training to new starters in the Support Office
  • Conduct HR Audits as per company procedure
  • Participate and support in the delivery and implementation of key HR projects.
  • Oversee the recruitment process in line with HR best practice

Skills and Abilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a third level qualification in Human Resource Management and/or CIPD qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as HR Manager within a busy, fast-paced environment or 4 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Knowledgeable on all aspects of Employment Law/Employee Relations matters
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Travel will be required so owning your own vehicle is essential
Full Time Swim Co-Ordinator at AURA Trim

We are looking for an amazing Swim Co-ordinator on a Full Time basis to join our team at Aura Trim.

As a Swim Co-ordinator your primarily role involve working as a team leader to drive service excellence and manage day-to-day operations of the Aura Swim Academy. You will be responsible for the coordination and programming of all pool activity, including management of swim teachers, marketing of the programmes, and management of relationships with local groups and clubs.

Your mission:

  • Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
  • Undertake and co-ordinate local marketing activities to ensure the maximum potential capacity of each Swim Academy level and term is reached
  • Co-ordinate Swim Academy in order to maintain the quality of the programme

  • Maintain strong relationships with schools participating in the Schools Swimming Programme and any other local groups and clubs
  • Liaise and communicate with parents
