Marketing Coordinator – Full Time, Fixed Term Role, Ranelagh

We are looking for a confident, dynamic and practical individual to fill this key role in our Support Office in Ranelagh.This is a 12 month Fixed Term contract. Your primary role is to assist our Group Marketing Manager in driving the annual brand and marketing plan and activity schedules across all centres.

 

GENERAL DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  •  Participate as a full team member in all brand, marketing and business development meetings and associated meetings.
  • Assist the Group Marketing Manager on the delivery of the brand, marketing and business development activities for all Aura sites and DKIT Sport.
  • Carry out research where required. Bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Liaise with design agencies/other Aura service providers and prepare quotes where required.
  • Manage any relevant digital reporting in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager on all aspects of reporting through our Customer Management System.
  • Liaise with Operations Managers on brand and marketing needs.
  • Organise design and print projects as and when required.
  • Send out email marketing and text message marketing notifications as and when required.
  • Assist with marketing literature and promotional materials.
  • Engage with third party partner on Customer Experience activity (NPS, mystery shop, customer complaints, Nominate2Celebrate etc.) on as needed basis.
  • Maintain an openness to feedback on one’s own performance and a commitment to implementing agreed performance/behavioural changes

Skills and Abilities:

  • TTL Marketing experience
  • Proficient with scheduling and content creation for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the processes required for ad creation and scheduling on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Google AdWords, SEO and Analytics.
  • Experience with basic design suites such as Canva and adobe.

Scope of the Swim Teacher role:

  • The swim instructor is responsible for instructing all swim lesson participants
  • This position is also responsible for the safety of the participant in their own class
  • Work hours as scheduled which includes beginning and ending class on time; remaining after class to answer participant and/or parent questions as needed, and clean up supplies
  • Instruct and evaluate students participating in swim lessons
  • Submit completed report cards, skills sheets and attendance information on time
  • Strengthen and grow the identity of AURA in the marketplace
  • Provide opportunities for children where they learn and love to swim
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every member of Aura under their care
  • Supervise swimming pool area

Full Time Duty Manager AURA De Paul Swimming Pool

As Duty Manager you will provide day to day management of the pool and its staff, have accountability for planning, organising and directing all the pool’s services, ensuring the needs of our members are being met/exceeded.

Scope of the role is as follows:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate staff on an ongoing basis ensuring that all areas of the facility are adequately staffed at all times and staff are carrying out their duties as expected
  • Behave as a role model for staff
  • Promote Aura Vision, Mission & Values
  • Ensure the presentation & cleanliness of the centre is maintained at  a high standard at all times (as detailed in the Operations Manual)
  • Report, log and report any maintenance issues and liaise with Operations Manager to rectify

  • Ensure the facility is safe and secure and all the required check lists and log books are fully complete
  • Lifeguard duties as required
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety at all times
  • Respond to emergencies, complaints and incidents as per policies/procedures
