Liam’ story:
Around 4 months ago ( and only 3 months until my wedding) I decided I wasn’t happy with how I looked, I had a bit of a belly and was feeling tired and sluggish all the time, with my wedding day fast approaching I embarked on the help of a guy in my local gym… the Aura centre in letterkenny, there I found the help of Terry, after a chat about my eating habits and lifestyle he set about organizing me a detailed training program and gave me nutritional advice, he was always very supportive and has an answer for everything(haha) he would weigh me once a week and I really felt like I didn’t want to let him or myself down, I also saw how genuinely happy he was for me every week when I had a loss and that always spurred me on to stay on track, that along with the additional help from my amazing wife who prepared all my meals for the next 3 months and encouraged me to stick to my plan…I was quickly on my way to a slimmer me!
Each weigh in I exceeded my target and was steadily loosing every week. The week of my wedding I had managed to loose just under 3 stones in 12 weeks and I am very grateful to Terry for keeping me on track.. I would recommend anyone who is starting a new diet or training program to go see him, he is easy to talk to and extremely approachable.. thanks for everything Terry! 💪🏽
