Our swimming facilities include a 25-metre swimming pool , learner pool, and kiddies pool, offering plenty of space for lane swimming, casual swimming and family sessions. We also provide swimming lessons for adults, children and babies, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for swimmers at every stage.

Our Navan gym features a spacious weightlifting area alongside a wide range of cardio equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes, catering to both beginner and experienced gym users.
All under-18s wishing to use our gym must have written consent from a parent or guardian in advance. Consent forms are available to download or collect at reception.
