Not Receiving Emails From us?
- The email landed in spam or junk folder: Emails from unknown senders might get flagged as spam by email filters. Check the spam or junk folder in your email to see if any of our emails were filtered there.
- Your email storage limit has been reached: If your email account has reached its storage limit it might prevent new emails from being delivered. Please delete unnecessary emails or increase your storage capacity to receive new messages.
- Our emails are blocked by a firewall or antivirus software: If your email or network has strict security measures, certain emails might get blocked by firewall or antivirus software. In such cases, you will need to adjust the settings to allow the emails. Yahoo email addresses tend to have higher firewall measures and may be blocking our emails.
- Email forwarding or filtering rules are turned on: If you have set up email forwarding or filtering rules that divert incoming emails to specific folders or even different email accounts you might be missing our emails. Check your settings or filters to ensure emails are not being redirected or filtered away from the inbox.
- Check Your Email settings: Blocking or automatically deleting certain types of emails could prevent you from receiving messages. Review your email settings to ensure they are properly configured.
- You have unsubscribed to our mailing list: If you have selected unsubscribe on one of our newsletters you will not be included in any email lists. To re-subscribe please contact us at information@auragroup.ie instructing us to re-subscribe you with your Aura site’s location and membership number if applicable.
- Make sure we are whitelisted: Whitelisting an email address means adding it to a trusted list or contacts list so that emails from that address are not treated as spam and are delivered to your inbox. To do this, follow the steps below:
How to Whitelist on Gmail:
- Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist.
- Click on the three dots (more options) located on the top right of the email.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Add [sender] to Contacts list” or “Add [sender] to Contacts”.
How to Whitelist on Outlook/Hotmail:
- Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist.
- Click on the three dots (more options) located on the top right of the email.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Add to safe senders” or “Add to safe recipients”.
How to Whitelist on Yahoo Mail:
- Open the email from the sender you want to whitelist.
- Click on the sender’s name or email address to open a dropdown menu.
- Click on “Add to contacts” or “Add to contacts list”.
