Aura Holohan Group’s HR team attended a Great Place to Work Masterclass on Wednesday May 7th at the Johnstown Estate.
Our HR Team enjoyed an amazing day filled practical insights, and fantastic talks on building working communities with care along with innovation.
The event was a great opportunity to learn and connect with other organisations and best of all it was topped off with a discussion involving our very own HR Director, Narcisa Popovici.
Narcisa joined a discussion panel on the day to highlight the GPTW for women at Aura and the supports as well as development opportunities available for our employees who want to develop a long-term career in the leisure and fitness industry.
We’d like to congratulate Narcisa on representing our company so proudly on the day along with the rest of the HR team who have gained a huge amount from the day.
