Aura Holohan Group came together for its annual GEM awards on Monday February 26th in the CityNorth Hotel.
GEM stand for “Going the Extra Mile” at Aura and each year staff members are recognised for their outstanding work while embodying our core company values.
Our values are:
- We Own our goals and deliver on them.
- We are Proud of our shared success.
- We believe that Small Changes can make a difference.
- We genuinely Care About our customers and each other.
- We are determined to be the Best we can be.
- We are in this Together.
- It’s not just a job – it’s a Way Of Life.
- We Keep it Real.
Each person nominated is felt to have shown true representation of one or more of our core values during 2023.
All of our winners picked up a certificate from company directors, with some winners that couldn’t make it on the day being represented by another member of their local team.
We would like to congratulate, not only our winners, but all of our staff who received nominations throughout the year, as they continue to promote our company values every day.
It is always a pleasure to have our teams from across the country come together to celebrate the awards each year, and we would like to thank all our incredible staff for helping us in our mission to create a healthier, happier Ireland each and every day while representing our company values.
