Aura Holohan Group Announces GEM Winners for 2024

Aura Holohan Group gathered to celebrate their annual GEM awards on Thursday March 13th in the CityNorth Hotel.

GEM stands for “Going the Extra Mile” at Aura and each year staff members from across the country are recognised for their outstanding work while exemplifying our core company values.

The annual awards are attended by all those who were nominated by fellow staff members throughout the year for their incredible work across the Aura Holohan Group, which includes Aura Leisure, DKIT Sport, and Anytime Fitness Ireland.

Each person nominated is believed to have displayed true representation of one or more of our core values during 2024.

During our annual event there was also some magic as Shane Black, a mentalist, mind reader and magician was in attendance to put on a mesmerising show for all those that could make it.

Every one of our eight winners picked up a certificate from company directors, with some winners that couldn’t make it on the day being represented by another member of their local team.

We would like to congratulate, not only our winners, but all of our staff who received nominations throughout the year, as they continue to showcase our company values every day.

Meanwhile, Aura De Paul were awarded with a special recognition certificate as the Most Engaged Team for their continuous high number of nominations over the past few years.
