Aura Holohan Group hosted its annual Customer Service Masterclass for 2025 on Monday June 23rd at CityNorth Hotel.
The annual event brings staff together from across the Aura Holohan Group which consists of Aura Leisure centres, Anytime Fitness clubs in Ireland, and DKIT Sport.
Every year the group hosts three masterclasses, the Customer Service Masterclass, Fitness Masterclass, and the Swim Masterclass.
The customer service masterclass was the opening event to be held this year, providing staff from across the country a chance to meet up with one another as well as learn and develop their customer service skills going forward.
Throughout the day there were fun ice-breaker activities, presentations, group breakouts, spot-prizes, along with a talk by guest speaker Dr. Eddie Murphy, who is a clinical psychologist, author and health advocate, who discussed the importance of positive mental health for employees which helps provide better customer service.
Overall, the day was a great success as everyone got involved in the activities, while being provided with plenty of information and advice to take their high customer service standards to new going forward.
