Aura Holohan Group Held its annual customer service masterclass for 2024 on Thursday June 20th at Trim GAA Club.
The event welcomes staff from across the Aura Holohan Group which consists of Aura Leisure centres, Anytime Fitness clubs in Ireland, and DKIT Sport.
Each year the group hosts three masterclasses, the customer service masterclass, fitness masterclass, and their swim masterclass.
The customer service masterclass was the first of the three events to be held this year and gives staff from across the country a chance to meet up with one another to learn and develop their customer service skills going forward.
Throughout the day there were fun ice-breaker activities, presentations, group breakouts, spot-prizes, and a talk by guest speaker Nicola Byrne, who is the founder of the company RiskEye, an online reputation security company.
The day was a great success as everyone got involved in the activities, while being provided with plenty of information and advice to take their high customer service standards to new going forward.
