Aura Leisure is delighted to announce its Nominate2Celebrate winners for the first half of 2026, with Aura De Paul’s Sandra Lawler, picking up first place.
Sandra received a huge number of nominations, outlining her positive attitude and care for everyone that comes into the centre, truly embodying Aura’s core values.
Nominate2Celebrate is a bi-annual competition run by Aura to give customers of our 11 leisure centres the opportunity to show their appreciation to the staff in their local facility that go above and beyond.
With Sandra claiming the top prize, it was Aura Lucan’s Bradley Kamdoum, that came second, who customers praised for his always happy outlook and incredible passion to help them succeed with their fitness goals.
Meanwhile, Aura Drogheda’s Donal Ayres, secured third spot, with customers noting his attention to detail and encouraging approach in helping people along their swimming journey.
Congratulations to Sandra, Bradley and Donal for being our top three in this cycle of Nominate2Celebrate, all of you are worthy winners, with your commitment to our customers unquestionable.
Although these three where the winners on this occasion, we would like to acknowledge the large amount of nominations made for so many of our staff right across the country and send a massive well done to everyone that was nominated, we are proud of you all.
As well as thanking our staff for their incredible efforts throughout the first half of the year, we would also like to thank each member of our centres that took the time to tell us their stories while sending in their nominations, and we look forward to hearing more of them later in the year when Nominate2Celebrate returns.
