Level 5 Closure Announcement
Following the Government announcement of the introduction of full Level 5 restrictions nationwide, all Aura Leisure Centres will close at their advertised closing time on Thursday 31st December. These restrictions are expected to remain in place until 31st January 2021.
Aura Swim Academy
The current term of swim lessons will remain paused during the closure period. We will make up the lessons as they are cleared to recommence.
Direct Debit Memberships
In line with the Government’s announcement on 24th December 2020 that gyms would remain open, we applied for your January direct debit. The SEPA direct debit scheme (in place across Europe) requires us to apply for payment up to 10 days prior to your account being debited. As a result this payment will be debited from your account on approximately the 4th of January. Unfortunately we cannot reverse the transaction but we will credit your membership accordingly for the month of February meaning no further payments will be due until 1st March 2021.
Annual Memberships
As with previous closures, annual memberships will be automatically suspended and extended to cover the duration which we are closed.
