HOW TO MAKE PERFECT PROTEIN PANCAKES
What a day to be alive folks. Pancake Tuesday. The only day of the year it is socially acceptable to devour a pile of delicious pancakes with little to no judgement. But if your trying to stay on track with your diet, you will want to avoid unnecessary calories.
Here we have our amazing protein pancakes! made in a blender with slow digesting carbohydrates, no refined sugar, and loads of healthy proteins.
Keeping things simple, here’s our quick and easy recipe for you fitness freaks looking to avoid excessive calories today!
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein
- 1 Sliced Banana
- 2 Large Eggs
- 50g Low-Fat Yoghurt
- 50g Porridge Oats
- 20g Crunchy Peanut Butter
Simply put all the above ingredients into a food processor or a blender. Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes. If the consistency is too thick, put a small drop of milk into the mixer, avoid too much milk as you may ruin your pancake mix.
You should be left with a healthy serving of moist pancake mix, ready to go. Now to the fun part, spray some fry light cooking spray (Normally 1 calorie per spray) on your frying pan and your ready to start flipping! When your happy with how they look, you may want to top things off with some blueberries, raspberries or sliced banana. Whatever floats your boat.
