Aura Leisure App – User Guide

How to download the Aura Leisure App and Sign in:
  • First download the app by going to your App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android) on your mobile device and search ‘Aura Leisure’ then click ‘Install’.
  • When opening the app for the first time you will be asked to enter your Aura Leisure account details.
  • Click ‘Login’ and then sign in with the email linked to your membership or guest account and your password. (Hint: the password is the same you would use to login to the member portal on the Aura website)
  • *If your email address is not recognised please contact your local centre so we can check the email we have for you. You will see the message ‘Account not found. Please contact your club’
  • *Please Note: If you haven’t logged into the portal on the website you will need to do that in order to create a password. Follow the steps below;
How to Create a Password for your Account:
  • Click ‘Login’ at the top right corner of the Aura website
  • Select ‘Forgot Password’
  • Enter the email address linked to your membership or guest account.
  • You will then receive a link to create a password to your inbox.
What is Available on the App for Members:
  • Once you have an existing membership contract with Aura you will be able to perform the following actions within the app:
  1. Details About your Local Aura Leisure Centre – Estimated number of people in the centre and today’s opening hours
  2. Generates a QR code to access the centre
  3. Shopping – (May not be currently available for your club)
  4. View your membership details – Contract name, Contract type, home club, period of validity and outstanding charges
  5. Book a Facility – (May not be applicable to your club) – e.g. Pitch Booking, Sports Hall etc..
  6. View Fitness Class Timetable and Book a Place – Allows you to view the timetable and book a class or to be added to a waiting list for a class that’s full
  7. View notifications from Aura Leisure
  8. Member Profile – View your activity/visit history & Link your Fitness Tracker (Strava, FitBit, Polar, Garmin)
