Adults who want to learn how to swim or to improve their swimming technique have no excuse not to take the plunge at Aura following the launch of a new course to get people swimming.
Aura has designed the course to help adults who are afraid of water to overcome their fears and guarantees to have them swimming within six weeks while also catering for competitive swimmers.

The eight leisure centres operated by Aura Sport and Leisure Management have been rated as the safest in Ireland by the National Irish Safety Organisation (NISO) who have presented the company with a prestigious national award.
Aura’s commitment to operating to the highest standards of health and safety was recognised at NISO’s 19th Annual Occupational Safety Awards where it received the coveted ‘Overall National Award for Safety in the Service Sector’.
Aura Leisure Centres which operates eight leisure facilities in Ireland has invested €300,000 in its new fitness programme which has been specially created to revolutionise how people use the gym to achieve fitness goals and results.
All fitness staff at Aura were involved in developing and delivering the programme after Aura Leisure Management conducted one of the most in-depth studies ever undertaken into why people give up on going to gym.
